Stephen Pavlic

Stephen has over five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions across private equity and corporate finance mandates. As a Vice President with Sequeira Partners, Stephen oversees the preparation of materials and advises clients through transaction processes.

Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Stephen worked with a private equity firm focused on forming a platform in the building products sector. His transaction experience includes construction and building products, business services, and consumer products. Stephen holds a CFA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Outside of work, Stephen is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for cycling and skiing.
