Falcon offers a full suite of services, including in-house design, engineering, fabrication, installation capabilities, maintenance, repairs, parts support, equipment rentals and leasing across six full-service locations in Western Canada. RELAM is a leading lessor of railroad maintenance-of-way (“MOW”) equipment. RELAM supplies high-quality, late–model railroad MOW equipment, hi-rail trucks, associated equipment, and parts & services to North America’s railroad operators, railway contracts, and transit authorities.

Sequeira Partners was engaged by Prairie Steel Products to assist with identifying the best-fit partner to support the Company’s future growth. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including marketing the business to potential partners, negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, advising on transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting with due diligence and other closing matters. The sale to WGI will bring tremendous synergies to Prairie Steel by leveraging the resources of one of Canada’s largest manufacturers of steel products. The transaction will further enhance the Company’s ability to provide timely and exceptional service to customers in Saskatchewan and throughout the Prairie region. The senior team at Prairie Steel will continue to lead the Company post-acquisition and will work closely with WGI leadership to expand their product offerings and geographic reach. Prairie Steel Products Ltd. was founded 49 years ago and has established a strong reputation for exceptional quality products including engineered steel building systems, CSA-certified steel culverts and Goebel-branded steel grain bins and hoppers. Today, the Company has a team of over 50 employees and is a leader in manufacturing quality steel products for commercial and industrial customers in Canada. WGI Westman Group Inc. was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. WGI has over 2,000 team members based in 80 facilities throughout North America, designing, manufacturing and selling products for a world-wide customer base for use in the agriculture, oil & gas, infrastructure, recreational, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.

TIP has completed the acquisition of Trailer Wizards, a leading supplier of trailer rental and leasing services in Canada. Trailer Wizards will be integrated with TIP’s existing business in Canada, Train Trailer Rentals. With a combined fleet of over 33,000, reefers, chassis and flatbed or drop-deck configurations TIP can provide the best in flexible commercial trailer fleet solutions throughout almost 30 locations in Canada.

Sequeira Partners was engaged by Porchlight to assist with the sale to Hub. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including negotiating key deal terms, transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting in due diligence and other pre-closing matters. The sale to Hub allows Porchlight to access and leverage the resources of one of North America’s largest insurance brokers; the largest in Canada. This will best position the Company and its team for continued success and future growth through Hub’s reach and broad array of insurance and risk services.
