Sequeira Partners was engaged by AWS’s founder and sole shareholder to realize on the value created over a lifetime of entrepreneurship and assist with identifying the right partner to guide the Company and its legacy into its next chapter. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction including marketing the business to potential partners, negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, advising on transaction structure and consideration, as well as assisting with due diligence and other pre-closing matters. The sale to Petwin will help facilitate the next phase of growth for AWS while allowing the Company to continue its long-standing history of operational excellence, as the largest water and wastewater solutions provider in Western Canada. AWS was founded in Edmonton, AB in 1967, initially operating as a manufacturer of burial vaults. The Company quickly diversified into manufacturing septic tanks and water cisterns, and today it stands as the largest supplier of water and wastewater septic systems, cisterns, lift stations and holding tanks to both residential and commercial customers across Western Canada, while maintaining its roots in manufacturing burial and urn vaults. Petwin Bancorp Inc. is a diversified investment company with operations in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Hawaii. AWS is the third platform company added to Petwin’s private equity portfolio, joining AGM Glass Fabricators, acquired in 2023, and Pacific Radiator Mfg. Ltd., acquired in May of 2024.

Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist ENTREC through the court mandated Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (“SISP”) including developing a list of potential bidders, communicating and meeting with interested parties, preparing and distributing marketing materials, managing the data room and negotiating the transaction. The sale of ENTREC USA to ProLift supports a seamless transition for ENTREC USA’s operations. Combining ProLift’s OEM to site capabilities, ENTREC USA’s heavy haul, heavy lift cranes, and both companies’ deep rigging experience, will deliver excellent value and best in class services to their customers.

Sequeira Partners was engaged by Camex to assist with the divestiture of the business. The Sequeira team advised Camex through a sale process including initial valuation, running a marketing process, preliminary negotiations, pricing, due diligence, and negotiation of final transaction terms.

Sequeira Partners acted as the financial advisor to Cervus Equipment in the sale of its Construction Dealership Group to Calmont Group. Cervus Equipment is a world-leading dealer of agriculture, material handling and transportation equipment.

Sequeira Partners acted as the financial advisor to Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals in the sale of its Vacuum Industrial Division to Clean Harbors. Camex is an equipment dealer that specializes in providing vehicles and equipment to the oil & gas, mining, pipeline, infrastructure and environmental sectors.

Sequeira Partners acted as the financial advisor to Norterra Inc. in the sale of its Northern Industrial Sales business to Tenaquip.
