4kraft, owner of an internationally recognizable brand – Kinderkraft, is one of the European leaders in sales of baby products, such as strollers, balancebikes, car seats, and baby furniture. The Company has a 10+ years history of operating a recognizable children products brand and is one of the key players in the sector - it offers quality products at competitive prices. Distribution is being carried out mainly through online channels but traditional sales channels as well. 4kraft received numerous awards and certificates confirming high quality and safety of its products. In the financial year 2023, the Company generated revenues of EUR 90 million and EBITDA of EUR 7.7 milion (gross margin 36%). In 2024, 4kraft expects to growth generating revenues of EUR 101 million and EBITDA of EUR 10.6 milion. The subject of the transaction is the sale of a majority stake in 4kraft, while the co-founder and CEO intends to stay in the Company atfer the transaction.

Following a transaction process, the Avallon MBO fund acquired a majority stake in SAT (owner of the S'sportofino brand). SAT is a respected distributor and representative of premium sports brands, specialising in ski-related offerings. Its main brand is S'portofino, a clothing multibrand offering access to more than 120 premium brands.

We have been invited to pitch on the sale of a manufacturer of high-quality interior fittings for rail vehicles (mainly seats for city, regio, inter regio, intercity). Revenues around 10m EUR. As a result of the completed transactional process, Recaro Group, a German producer of, among others, aircraft seats and gaming chairs, acquired a controlling stake in Growag, a leader in the train seat market. Our M&A team, represented by dr Piotr Stobiecki, dr Dariusz Zawadka, Marta Latoń, Gracjan Czajka and Katarzyna Matuszak, was responsible for providing comprehensive transactional and financial advice to Growag owners.
