He is responsible for corporate finance, cooperation with financial institutions and M&A transactions. He supports entrepreneurs in financial planning, establishing market values of key assets and implementing supervisory systems and recovery plans. His areas of activity also include preparing expert evidence for court and arbitration disputes and financial advisory in restructuring proceedings.

Active in the financial advisory sector for over a decade. A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business (with specialisations in Investment and Real Estate Management and Capital Investment and Corporate Financial Strategies) and studied at Athens University of Economics and Business. Doctor of Finance since 2018 and holder of the prestigious international professional title of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

He has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory and projects carried out for leading financial institutions, including banks, loan companies, debt collection, factoring and leasing companies. He has also worked for family businesses, international corporations and startups operating in the fields of e-commerce and fintech.

CMT Advisory represented Meditrans in sale process to Pluradent Group. Meditrans (established in 1991) is a provider of dental instruments and supplies operating in Poland. The acquiring company, Pluradent, is a distributor of dental supplies headquartered in Germany, with revenues of EUR 300m and 30 branches across the country and abroad. Pluradent not only provides instruments and materials to dentists, clinics and laboratories, but also, based on its expertise in the industry, offers a wide range of consulting services.

Sarantis acquired Polipak Sp. z o.o.

Sarantis Group finalized on 17/12/2015 the acquisition of the Polish packaging products Company Polipak Sp. z.o.o. More specifically, Sarantis Polska S.A., a 100% subsidiary of GR. SARANTIS S.A., signed an agreement for the acquisition of 70% of the share capital of Polipak Sp. z.o.o. This acquisition, completed within the context of the Groupâs strategic growth plan, supports further the Groupâs geographical footprint in the market where it already operates and provides growth opportunities for the Group into new markets. Polipak is a producer of polyethylene-film-based packaging products (mainly garbage bags), having warehousing and production facilities in Poland. The Companyâs current production involves mainly private label garbage bags and Sarantis Group branded garbage bags, covering at the moment 10% of Sarantis Groupâs needs. Excluding Sarantis Group business, Polipakâs annual sales for 2015 will amount to approximately 13.7 mil euros.

On 15th of October 2014 CMT Advisory team successfully finalized another transaction regarding the sale of family-owned industrial adhesives manufacturer Zaklady Chemiczne Bochem to Soudal, multinational conglomerate operating in construction chemicals industry. From the beginning, CMT Advisory experts conducted the project on behalf of ZakÅady Chemiczne Bochem former proprietors, starting with the preparation of transaction documents, search for potential investors, coordination of due diligence procedure and ending with business negotiations and signing. Established in 1991, Bochem produces industrial adhesives for the automotive, construction, shoe and furniture industries.The companyâs two production plants are located in Pionki, about 100 km south of Warsaw. Following the acquisition, Bochem will continue to operate under its own name and with its existing management as a wholly owned subsidiary of Soudal.
