Victoria Kisseleva

Victoria joined FRP in 2023 and is a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office. Victoria leads the Consumer M&A practice with a speciality in luxury, beauty and wellness.
She has extensive international experience and a global network in financial services having worked in the US, UK and Europe. During her time in investment banking she executed nearly 50 M&A transactions from large corporates to start-ups.
She started her career in Investment Banking in New York with JP Morgan and then Societe Generale before heading the London Consumer M&A team at Deloitte. In 2019 Victoria was hired by Manzanita Capital, a specialist beauty sector investor and owner of Space NK, Diptyque, Malin + Goetz and Susanne Kaufmann, thus gaining in-house experience managing and working directly with companies.
Her recent work at FRP has included leading the sale of The Body Shop to Aurea Group as well as advising Inspirit Capital on the acquisition of This Works.
Victoria is fluent in Russian, French and English and is passionate about purpose driven, sustainable and founder led businesses.
