Matthew has more than 25 years’ experience providing advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate life cycle, working with business owners and financial stakeholders across both public and private markets. Matthew works with businesses of various sizes across a broad range of sectors, and provides specialist advice across a full spectrum of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, strategic reviews, valuations, and fundraising assignments. Matthew has a particular specialism in the UK healthcare sector, focusing on social care – such as elderly residential and nursing care, specialist care, retirement villages and care villages – and healthcare services including staffing, dentistry, pharmacy, optical, cosmetic surgery, pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare supplies.
