Beth Warner

Senior Manager

Beth joined FRP in 2021 and is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Brighton office.

She has experience carrying out a wide range of assignments, covering corporate finance, corporate advisory and restructuring engagements, including the streamlining of large group entities.

Beth has recently worked on a number of sale mandates and ‘Two Step’ exit projects. Her knowledge and experience span multiple sectors, including waste, TMT, retail, banking groups, media, insurance, charities, and investment trusts.

She was highly commended in the 2024 South East Insider Deal Awards for the ‘Deal of the Year Under £10m’ and ‘The Corporate Finance Team of the Year’.
