He joined FRP in 2017 and has extensive experience advising companies and shareholders on strategic transactions. His work includes company sales, acquisitions, management buyouts and raising finance for growth, acquisitions and working capital. Mark works closely with business owners and management teams throughout the transaction process, from preparation and buyer identification through to negotiation and completion.
