Peter Church

Chairman

Professor Peter Church OAM is an international lawyer, corporate adviser and author who has lived and worked in the South East Asian and Indian regions for more than 40 years. Peter advises a varied group of major Australian and international companies in relation to their Asian investment and trading activities. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD). His Short History of South East Asia is in its 6th edition and he has written a number of books on the life stories of leading South East Asian and Indian business leaders. He holds professorial appointments at several Australian and Indian universities and also sits on a number of listed and unlisted Boards.

Ms Bergin is skilled in Negotiation, Business Development, Import/Export Operations, Strategic Partnerships, and Legal Issues. A strong professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) focused in International Law and Political Science from UNSW Australia. . Ms Bergin also assists the fundraising efforts of a number of not-for-profits, including Opera Australia, the Children's Cancer Institute and the Greek Young Matrons' Association. She is also a director of Outcomes Australia (Better Off) a not-for-profit organisation for change, working to reverse the trend of obesity in Australia.
