The Park is one of the largest industrial parks in Vietnam and the last of its size in Thanh Hoa, the bridge between north, central and south Vietnam and the gateway to Laos and north Thailand. It provides a large-scale industrial land solution for investors in Vietnam which is increasingly the location of choice for manufacturers as supply chains are relocated from China. Ideally located approximately 15kms from the Nghi Son deep sea port, 25kms from Thanh Hoa City, adjacent to the National North-South Expressway and national railway, and 45km from Tho Xuan airport, collectively providing easy access to export and domestic customer markets. Located in Nghi Son Economic Zone (NSEZ) which offers significant tax benefits and lower operating costs. Investors are increasingly aware of the substantial cost benefits of setting up and operating manufacturing and logistics businesses in Vietnam compared to other countries. The value of the Park inclusive of cleared land, power, road, water, drainage and waste treatment infrastructure is USD400 million. The developer is flexible with the investment structure and is open to different options depending on the status of the project at the time of the investment transaction.
