My career has spanned continents and industries—beginning in Australia, stretching through New York and Athens, and now anchored in Singapore. Originally trained as a lawyer, I quickly found my passion in investment banking, where I’ve had the privilege of working with PwC, Macquarie Bank, and ICON Capital before founding Yefira Group.

As CEO of Yefira, I lead a nimble and globally minded team dedicated to helping entrepreneurs unlock growth through strategic partnerships, capital raising, and M&A. We focus on three key sectors: maritime, talent-driven industries like marketing services and digital media, and customer-centric technology.

What sets Yefira apart is our world-class Advisory Board—a powerhouse of global expertise that shapes our thinking and deal flow. A significant part of my role involves collaborating closely with these thought leaders, turning insight into impact.

On the other side of the deal, Clarity is a fast-growing global digital marketing and communications agency group working with the world's most progressive, ambitious companies, using technology for positive impact. This acquisition is a crucial piece to Clarity's global expansion plan leveraging Sefiani's expertise and years of experience in the Australian market, while mutually beneficial for Sefiani to tap into Clarity global network/resources to further enhance their offering to their clients. Yefira Group acted as the sole advisor to Sefiani in the transaction.
