Metronome Partners, LLC (“Metronome”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hittle Landscaping, Inc. (“Hittle” or the “Company”), in its sale to CID Capital (“CID”), a private equity firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Metronome worked closely with Hittle’s second-generation owner, Jeremy Hittle, and the management team to identify a partner that would preserve the family business legacy and align with the Company’s culture and long-term growth objectives.

(“Hillman”), a leading provider of hardware products and merchandising solutions.Metronome worked closely with Intex’s owner and management team to identify a partner that best fit shareholders’ objectivesand aligned with the Company’s culture and long-term strategy and legacy. Founded in 2005, Intex is a premier supplier of consumable rags, wiping cloths, textiles, and other cleaning supplies to theU.S. retail market for painting, general cleaning, maintenance, janitorial and auto/marine care applications. Intex operatesfrom a 275,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility outside Atlanta, Georgia and sells its products through retailchannels including home improvement centers, paint retailers, hardware stores, and other general merchandisers. Intexprides itself on delivering quality and innovative products while maintaining a leading position with many of its top customers.Intex takes exceptional care of its customers, demonstrated by the Company’s 98 percent fill rate with its top ten customers,whom it has served for an average of nearly 15 years.
