Diamond Capital Advisors served as investment banker to LA Magazine. Diamond Capital Advisors’ deal team, led by Managing Partner David Herman, included Shawn Thompson and Anna Halloran Jacob. Evergreen Packaging (“Evergreen” or “the Company”) has successfully completed the sale of its business to Southern Champion Tray, a leading manufacturer of fiber-based products and packaging solutions. Diamond Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to the Company and negotiated the transaction. Evergreen, founded in 2001, is a bakery, deli, food service, and wholesale packaging provider with a predominant market presence in California. The Company produces the pink donut boxes that are ubiquitous in Southern California.
