RMH Systems acquires Top Shelf Integrated Solutions
RMH Systems (RMH), a leading provider of turnkey automation, material handling, packaging, and industrial scale solutions, has acquired Top Shelf Integrated Solutions (Top Shelf), a respected material handling integrator based in Columbus, OH. The acquisition marks RMH’s second add-on since partnering with Rotunda Capital Partners in February 2025.
The acquisition deepens RMH’s material handling capabilities, establishes a new regional footprint in central Ohio, and further strengthens its position as a premier end-to-end material handling and automation solutions provider. Top Shelf brings deep experience designing intelligent, custom material handling systems for manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers. In turn, Top Shelf’s customers now gain access to RMH’s growing suite of packaging and robotics capabilities, rounding out the solution set available across both companies’ client bases.
With this second acquisition, RMH continues to execute its strategy of pairing strong regional integrators with its existing platform of diverse capabilities, engineering resources, technology, and MRO services. RMH and Top Shelf share a common foundation of engineering excellence, customer-first service, and inventive problem-solving.
