During his 25 years of professional experience, Ventura has been in several industries such as food, household appliances, consumer electronics and publishing, working for companies such as Agrolimen, Gillette-Braun, Sanyo, Philips-Grundig and Grupo Planeta. He has lived and worked in Germany, Mexico and Canada, having held responsibilities as Marketing Director, Export Director, Commercial Director and General Manager, developing strategies for market penetration, consolidation or development, on a national, European or worldwide level, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has been teaching in Barcelona University for many years and has written several books on business and management. He holds an MBA degree by ESADE Business School Barcelona.
