He is the Founder and Managing Director of Ideal Capital Management Consultants LLC, a Dubai-based M&A and strategic advisory firm collaborating with Andersen Global in the UAE.

Ramesh has led multiple cross-border and domestic transactions across the GCC, India, and Southeast Asia, advising business owners, investors, and corporates on sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising mandates.
