Luciana Doria

Luciana has led engagements involving M&A, due diligence, IPOs, restructuring, valuation, capital raising, and venture capital and private equity transactions across multiple sectors, including the first billionaire transaction in the private equity market in Brasil.

Lucy currently serves in board and committee roles including Telefônica. She has also held Board, executive and audit committee positions at Public Companies including Camil Alimentos, EZTEC, Mills, Ânima, Stanford Women’s Impact Network (WIN), and the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (CapFive), Smartcoat, Priner, Gafisa, Tenda, Alphaville Urbanism, Saraiva and Enel.

She also holds Portuguese sephardic nationality and holds double bachelor’s degrees in Economics & Accounting, a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, and an Executive Education from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and has basic proficiency in Hebrew. Based in São Paulo, she works closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate leaders across the Americas and Europe.
