We have an opportunity to pitch for a sell-side mandate of a business operating in the industrial and commercial refrigeration sector in the UK and Europe. The business designs, manufactures, installs and services refrigeration units predominantly for the retail, commercial and industrial sectors (e.g. supermarkets), and offers service solutions to the HVAC industry. The business generates c.£80m sales and c.£5.5m EBITDA.
