We have an opportunity to pitch for the sale mandate of a CNC precision and additive manufacturer. The business specialises in providing contract manufacturing services and composite materials for motorsports, automotive, medical, aerospace and others.

The business currently generates c.£7.5m EBITDA.

Purchaser and recycler of copper cables

We are preparing a pitch for the sale of a company operating in the recycling industry. The company operates in the area of cable scrap management and processing, focusing primarily on the purchase and recycling of copper cables to recover raw materials. It sources cable batches from suppliers such as installation companies, contractors and industrial entities, and subjects them to a technological process involving mechanical shredding and fraction separation. The company operates two production facilities and sources its raw materials primarily from suppliers in Western Europe. As a result, it produces two key output fractions: high-quality copper granulate and milled PVC, which are sold as secondary raw materials for further industrial use. In 2025, the Company generated net sales of approximately EUR 50 million, with an EBITDA margin of around 4%. In the first half of 2026, it recorded net sales of more than EUR 30 million and achieved an EBITDA margin of approximately 7%.

RMH Systems acquires Top Shelf Integrated Solutions

RMH Systems (RMH), a leading provider of turnkey automation, material handling, packaging, and industrial scale solutions, has acquired Top Shelf Integrated Solutions (Top Shelf), a respected material handling integrator based in Columbus, OH. The acquisition marks RMH’s second add-on since partnering with Rotunda Capital Partners in February 2025.

The acquisition deepens RMH’s material handling capabilities, establishes a new regional footprint in central Ohio, and further strengthens its position as a premier end-to-end material handling and automation solutions provider. Top Shelf brings deep experience designing intelligent, custom material handling systems for manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers. In turn, Top Shelf’s customers now gain access to RMH’s growing suite of packaging and robotics capabilities, rounding out the solution set available across both companies’ client bases.

With this second acquisition, RMH continues to execute its strategy of pairing strong regional integrators with its existing platform of diverse capabilities, engineering resources, technology, and MRO services. RMH and Top Shelf share a common foundation of engineering excellence, customer-first service, and inventive problem-solving.

Project Calypso – Edwards Diving Services

We’re pleased to have supported Edwards Diving Services (“EDS” or the “Group”) on its sale to Envolve Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc (“Renew”). EDS is a multi-disciplined marine civil engineering contractor, delivering capital and essential maintenance projects for critical infrastructure.

Headquartered in Treforest, Wales, EDS was founded in 1992 by Paul Edwards. The Group is a specialist in providing bespoke engineering solutions in challenging environments, predominately working for local authorities and the water sector. The Group provides all required expertise, staff, and equipment for its projects.

EDS has now been acquired by Envolve Infrastructure, a subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc. Envolve Infrastructure is a specialist civil engineering company that builds, maintains, and renews critical infrastructure in the UK, with a strong focus on the water and power sectors.

Our Corporate Finance team was appointed by the shareholders of EDS to explore a sale of the Group. We helped to prepare the Group for sale, developed bespoke marketing materials to articulate EDS’ strengths, and ran a targeted process to identify suitable acquirers. We then led negotiations and co‑ordinated the financial due diligence, managing the transaction through to completion.

The acquisition will allow EDS to benefit from Renew’s scale, resources, and expertise. In turn, the acquisition will help Renew to expand its specialist water services, providing further growth opportunities as momentum builds within the AMP8 control period.

Ascot Doors (Service)

A nationwide commercial door and roller shutter system maintenance and service business has been acquired by a national building services provider in a deal supported by our Corporate Finance team.

Ascot Doors (Service), founded in 2018, offers a fully self-delivered supply and install, service, maintenance and reactive response solution for the retail, industrial, commercial and emergency services sectors. Headquartered in Barnsley, it operates six depots nationwide and employs 59 people.

The business has been acquired by andwis – a network of 21 technical building and compliance service companies, backed by global private equity firm H.I.G Capital, that provides building maintenance services for a range of organisations across defence, healthcare, education, retail and hospitality.

Our Manchester-based Corporate Finance team, led by Partner Daniel Brecker and Manager Amy Murphy was appointed by the shareholders of Ascot Doors (Service), BREAL Group, to support the sale of Ascot Doors (Service) from within BREAL Capital (Ascot) Limited.

Our team used its strong sector knowledge to identify andwis as a suitable buyer, before managing negotiations, supporting on all aspects of the deal including completion mechanisms and project management of all transaction workstreams. The transaction marked a successful exit for BREAL Group, which has retained ownership over the other two entities within BREAL Capital (Ascot).

The deal will allow Ascot Doors (Service) to benefit from andwis’ vast network of businesses in the sector, provide a fuller range of technical and compliance service offerings to clients and collaborate with other entrance specialists like Meesons and Etron UK Limited to support its plans for growth. All Ascot Doors (Service) team members will join andwis.

Project Vanguard – HT Servo

We’re pleased to have advised HT Servo, a specialist distributor of high-precision components to the aerospace and defence sectors, on its sale to Swedish-listed industrial group, Teqnion AB.

Headquartered in Worthing, HT Servo has built a strong reputation for supplying high-quality precision components and solutions to businesses in the UK. The firm, which was founded in 2001, has a client portfolio comprising industry leaders in the defence and aerospace sectors.

It has now become part of Teqnion AB, a Stockholm-based technology and industrial group that owns and develops a portfolio of entrepreneurial companies across Northern Europe.

Our Corporate Finance team, led by Brighton-based Partner Adrian Alexander and Senior Manager Beth Warner, was engaged by HT Servo’s shareholders to lead the sale process and identify the right long-term partner for the business.

Our team managed the full sale process from marketing and identifying the right buyer through to negotiations, due diligence and completion , ensuring a smooth process for all parties. The deal represents a key milestone for HT Servo’s shareholders, with the business set to benefit from Teqnion AB’s focus on nurturing specialist businesses and its track record of delivering sustainable growth.

Delenco Foods

We’re pleased to have supported family-run premium sausage manufacturer, Delenco Foods, on its sale to a private equity-backed food manufacturing group.

Based in Leyton, Delenco Foods is a third-generation family business that was founded in 1963. Its 76-strong team produces high-quality sausages for a wide range of hospitality and leisure operators including restaurants, hotels and cruise liners, using meat sourced from sustainable and ethical farms across the UK and EU.

It has now been acquired by Red Sky Food Group, a company that was established earlier this year with the support of private equity investors, Literacy Capital.

Our Corporate Finance team acted as the sell-side advisers on this deal. We managed all stages of the transaction, developing the financial model, supporting negotiations and coordinating due diligence, allowing the deal to reach a positive conclusion.

The deal will allow Red Sky Food Group to further grow its capabilities within the food manufacturing sector, having acquired welsh meat manufacturer Langford’s earlier this year. Meanwhile Delenco Foods will benefit from increased resources and operational synergies now that it’s part of this wider portfolio.
