The business operates a scalable engineer-led service model, generating highly recurring revenues through long-term maintenance contracts and compliance-driven service requirements.

At the London conference I thought you said that overseas companies no longer needed to partner with a regional host partner, like CBS and Fusion.
This entity does partner with the above parties with local trading partner owning 51% (UAE & Qatar), 100% (Saudi) and 0% (Oman).

The facility has a processing capacity of up to 2,000 tonnes of waste per month.
Acquisition of a traffic control and pavement marking services company
BCC was engaged by Road Safety Services (RSS), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, to assist in its acquisition of Iowa Plains Signing, Inc. (IPSI). RSS is a regional provider of traffic control and pavement marking services across 21 states in the U.S. The acquisition of IPSI, an ESOP-owned company, adds a footprint in two additional states to RSS’s territory.
