We are pitching for the sale of a leading Nordic specialist consulting firm providing both SME clients and and large corporates with innovation and EU (and other public) funding related consulting and advisory services. The company provides end‑to‑end innovation services from concept development and project design to competitive funding proposal preparation. The services include partner search, consortium building and coordination of funded projects across their lifecycle. The earnings model quite similar to the IB world, i.e. retainer fees plus success fees that depend on the funds/grants raised for the clients.
The business generates currently ca. 12-13 MEUR of net sales with ca. 20% EBITDA. The underlying market is expected to grow substantially in the coming years due to EU’s materially enlarged public funding schemes that aim to support European innovation and investments, for example in the defense sector. We are seeing consolidation trend and emergence of PE backed buy-and-build strategies.

Tilleghem invests in Nova Reperta
Investment firm Tilleghem has acquired a stake in Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura, a Belgian consulting group specialised in strategy, operational efficiency, customer centricity and digital transformation. Through the transaction, Tilleghem acquires the stake previously held by French investment firm Ardian, which exits after nearly five years.
The management team of Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura, led by managing partner Filip Leflot, reinvests and will together with the partners retain a small majority stake, ensuring continuity and continued commitment to the company’s growth.
With Tilleghem as its new financial partner, Nova Reperta aims to further strengthen its position in the Benelux and expand its service offering. The firm serves clients including AXA, Carglass, PostLux and DPG Media.
Belgian consultancy firm focusing on organizational coaching and transformation consultancy
We are pitching for an organizational transformation and executive‑coaching firm that helps large, complex organizations at the intersection of leadership, culture, and strategy execution. It supports clients with executive and team coaching, culture and change programs, and high‑impact offsites, underpinned by data‑driven diagnostics. The firm generates around €6–7m in revenue with c. 30%+ EBITDA margins and works mainly for large Belgian and European companies where leadership behavior and culture are central to strategic decision‑making.
