The business provides solutions such as flood prevention, surface water storage and treatment, pollution control, water recycling and reuse and wastewater infrastructure. Our understanding is that their customers are water companies and property developers.
The business generates over £10m EBITDA and has developed its own suite of products.
Sale of concrete paving and highway construction contractor
BCC was engaged by Cedar Valley Corporation (CVC), a specialty contractor in concrete road paving and heavy highway construction, to find a buyer due to the pending retirement of the owner. CVC had a strong reputation for quality in its market, which spanned primarily Iowa and Nebraska. The Company’s assets were sold to Concrete Technologies, Inc., a concrete ready-mix and paving services company.
