Transaction:
Victoir and Saint-Gobain, worldwide market leader in building materials, have decided to join forces and develop further in the finishing sector in Belgium. Saint-Gobain adds Victoir to its national network of SFIC affiliates, strengthening the geographic coverage in the fast-growing Ghent region.
VDP acted as advisor to the seller.
Victoir:
Founded in 1903, Victoir is a family business active in the finishing sector. The company is a product supplier of building materials, mainly consisting of plaster, ready-to-use fillers, insulation and plasterboard applications. Victoir is known for its personal customer service, price and quality.
