Transaction:
The syndic services (Syncura & Easy Syndic), stewardship services (Rencura) and insurance services (Insures) of the VMRE group are joining forces with Emeria, a European leader in residential real estate services.
As part of the Emeria group, the teams are looking to further strengthen their expertise to continue to offer optimal customer service as their main driver.
VDP acted as advisor to the VMRE group.
VMRE:
VMRE is a group with a focus on real estate services to co-ownerships. The group has more than 30 years of experience and more than 250 employees. Now Syncura, Easy Syndic, Rencura and Insures will find a new home within the Emeria Group.
