Subsea Global Solutions (US) acquires innovative underwater hull cleaning specialist SRN Group. VDP has advised the shareholders of SRN in realising this transaction.
SRN Group:
SRN Group is an Antwerp underwater hull cleaning specialist. SRN is active worldwide with a focus on Europe and West Africa and in recent years has grown into a reputable company with an extensive fleet of professional and innovative equipment. The company specialises in automated ROV hull cleaning, propeller cleaning and all kinds of diving activities. SRN is strongly committed to safety, people and the environment.
