We have the opportunity to pitch for the sale mandate of a specialist water infrastructure business that designs, manufactures, installs and operates integrated water management systems.

The business provides solutions such as flood prevention, surface water storage and treatment, pollution control, water recycling and reuse and wastewater infrastructure. Our understanding is that their customers are water companies and property developers.

The business generates over £10m EBITDA and has developed its own suite of products.
