Secret Sales (trading as LRG Group)

We are pitching for online retail business Secret Sales trading as LRG Group (Please treat with confidentiality)

Region: EMEA + North America

• Business Overview: Secret Sales is an online marketplace (apparel, footwear, accessories, homeware, beauty/personal care) focusing on the discounted sector via off market channels, allowing brands and retailers to sell items at deep discounts whilst protecting brand equity. It connects brands and customers together through its website. It currently has access to 4.5k+ brands and works with 400+ partners
• It has grown both organically in key markets, and inorganically in new markets via strategic M&A. Recent M&A includes two Dutch brands “V&D” and “To Be Dressed“ in 2025. It aims to integrate acquisitions in to unlock better unit economics, more efficient group processes and increasing scale
• It has grown significantly in the last 5 years, having held six fundraises in the past. Secret Sales is currently PE backed, by Perwyn (c.30% equity), who are seeking an exit, with a larger exit plan in the pipeline in the next 2-3 years
