Project Echo relates to the proposed management buyout of a leading German aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) business. The Company provides mission-critical maintenance and engineering services to a diversified customer base within the aviation sector and has established a strong reputation for technical expertise, operational reliability and regulatory compliance.

The business generates approximately €70m revenue and €10m EBITDA, with a long-standing market position, experienced management team and attractive growth prospects. FRP Corporate Finance is acting as buy-side adviser to the MBI candidate and is seeking to identify potential funding partners to support the transaction and facilitate the partial or full exit of the existing shareholders.
