Investment fund Down2Earth Capital has acquired a minority stake in The Ensur Company, the go-to transformation partner for the insurance and pension industry. This partnership is part of The Ensur Company’s ambition to accelerate its growth trajectory, both through the expansion of its service offering and further geographic growth. With the support of Down2Earth, the company gains the strategic and financial strength to reinforce its position in Benelux and enter new markets, both organically and through acquisitions.
VDP acted as the exclusive advisor to the sellers.
