Main activity, R&D and company’s HQ is in Ljubljana, Slovenia with affiliated manufacturing and sales company in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2022, The Company had EUR 3,6 mn EBITDA and has long-term 25% plus annual growth. EBITDA margin is over 30%. 100% of shares of Slovenian and Croatian company were acquired by UK company Volution Group Plc (LSE: FAN), for EUR 44 mn. RJF exclusively provided all M&A services to I-Vent’s owner.
