Danel Group, a TASE traded company has acqusired 51% of Enaim Medical Center. Danel is one of Israel's largest and longest established companies enagged in the nursing and welfare services industry, cetifued by the Israeli Ministry of Labor and Welfare and Israel's Nationbal Insurance Insitute, providing aid to citizens entitled to welfare and associated benefits under the Personal and Homecare Nursing Law. Danel closed 2018 with roughly $420Million of annual revenues and $20Million in Net After Tax Profits. Established in 1999, Enaim Medical Center is among Israel's largets privately owned medical centers network. The company provides high quality of care in the field of Ophtalmic Health and Vision improvement applying Laser Refractive surgery methodolgy and treatment for a veriety of ophtalmic problems such as Cataract surgery, Corneal transplant, Intraocular lens transplant, Keratoconus, Amblyopia, Retinal disease, Glaucoma, Strabismus, Tears drainage and much more. Enaim also owns and operates two multi-diciplinary general surgery centers with multiple operating rooms and and specialist clinics in a variety of fields including - Orthopedics, Gynecology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery and more.
